Come join members of the National Federation of the Blind of Texas to learn about the NFB-NEWSLINE audio newspaper service and donate blood in honor of Harley Fetterman. Join us from 1 to 4 PM to get the scoop on NFB-NEWSLINE and make-your-own ice-cream Sundaes in the Dining Room. Make a blood donation 11 AM to 5 PM in the Activity Center.

You don’t need to be a technology whiz to enjoy access to over 400 publications on NFB-NEWSLINE, including: the Houston Chronicle, the Dallas Morning News, Texas Monthly, and a dozen more Texas newspapers and magazines. Come learn how you can subscribe to and enjoy this free service. We’ll sign you up on-site, and everyone who subscribes during this event will have a chance to win a $100 cash prize. SPACE IS LIMITED! Please RSVP no later than August 1, 2017.
