Dear Professor,
Greetings from Infosys!
We are happy to announce that we have successfully closed the registrations for #HackWithInfy this year.
We thank you for all the support that you have provided in helping us achieve a grand number of registrations. Now you must encourage your students to begin
their #HackWithInfy journey by participating in Round 1 of the competition.
Round 1 of #HackWithInfy 2020 will be conducted for your college as per the following details :-
Date : 16th March
Slot timings : 9:30
AM to 12:30 AM

A
detailed email containing all the necessary information has been sent to every registered student.
Please note:
Registered students will receive two emails – one from HackerEarth (sup...@hackerearth.com) containing the test link and the other from
hackwi...@infosys.com
containing the instructions for Round 1. Please ensure each student who has registered for from your college for HackWithInfy has received both emails. If a registered student does not receive the email from HackerEarth by March 12, 5 PM, or if the student
is unable to access the participation link, please inform the regional recruiter immediately with student’s registration details.
Round 1 is an online challenge that requires stable Internet connectivity. While students can take the test from anywhere, we request you to provide dedicated labs with
stable Internet connectivity in your college to make it convenient for your students to take up the challenge from college premises.
The labs for Round 1 can be blocked based on the date and slot allocated to your college.
We would also appreciate if you could assign some of your faculty to monitor the students participating from the lab so that the contest can run without any glitch. Kindly
report any malpractices or anomalies observed during the contest to our regional recruiter.
