PDs of all the districts and APDs of TPMUs are herewith informed that 

1. to achieve the goals of APRIGP, FPO wise targets have been allocated for 2018-19 for major activities. 
2. Further, functionary wise job chart has been fixed to focus and implement the proposed activities
   
3. AES and VES being the technical staff  should cater their services to all the FPGs in the FPO.
4. Conduct of FPG meetings is entrusted with CCs and Raithu Mithra 1 & 2.
5. Allocation of FPGs to CC & RMs: As such, it is requested to devide FPGs to 40% to CC and each 30% to RM 1 & 2. The allocation of FPGs is to be furnished to this office by 22.05.2018 as the same will be reflected in FPO Tracker for uploading the data.
   
6. PD s are requested to examine the allocated targets  and modify them if needed as per the field situation. Further, they are requested to arrange for furnishing functionary wise and month wise split up of proposed targets for uploading the same into the FPO tracker - as it is decided to take the implementation data through tracker and evaluate& grade the performance of the functionary, FPG and FPO as per the FPO Tracker. 
7. The month wise and functionary wise split up is to be reached by this office by 22.05.2018.
8. District review on APRIGP implementation will be done monthly based on the above assigned targets. 

Circular in telugu, District/FPO wise targets assigned are annexed herewith.  PDs and APDs are requested to place personal attention to the subject and take necessary required action.
