- గత నవంబరు మాసములో వి. ఓ / యస్. ఎల్.ఎఫ్ ల ద్వారా చంద్రన్న బీమా లో
కార్మికుల నమోదుకై వి. ఓ / యస్.ఎల్.ఎఫ్ సభ్యులను ఎన్యుమరేటర్స్ గా
REGISTRATION చేయటము జరిగినది.


- ప్రస్తుతము చంద్రన్న బీమా లో నమోదు కాని సభ్యులను వి.ఓ / యస్.ఎల్.ఎఫ్ ల
ద్వారా గుర్తించి చంద్రన్న బీమా లో నమోదు చేసేందుకై వి.ఓ / యస్.ఎల్.ఎఫ్ నమోదు
బృంద సభ్యులు ఎన్యుమరేటర్స్ గా భాద్యతలు నిర్వహించేందుకు మరియు అర్హత కల్గిన
కార్మికుల వివరాలు అప్డేట్ చేసేందుకు వి.ఓ / యస్.ఎల్.ఎఫ్ సభ్యులను
ఎన్యుమరేటర్స్ గా REGISTER చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.



- దీని కొరకై ఈ క్రింది లింక్ మీద క్లిక్ చేసినట్లయితే, వి.ఓ / యస్.ఎల్.ఎఫ్
సభ్యులను ఎన్యుమరేటర్స్ గా REGISTER చేసుకోవచ్చు. మండల స్థాయిలో అందరు
APMS ద్వారా
ప్రతి గ్రామ సంఘము నుండి నమోదు బృంద సభ్యులను ఎన్యుమరేటర్స్ గా REGISTER
చేయించాలి.

- గత నవంబరు నెలలో ఎన్యుమరేటర్స్ గా రిజస్థర్ చేసిన వి.ఓ / యస్.ఎల్.ఎఫ్
నమోదు బృంద సభ్యుల వివరాలు సరిగా ఉన్నట్లయితే వారిని తిరిగి ఎన్యుమరేటర్స్ గా
REGISTER చేయాల్సిన అవసరము లేదు. ఒక వేళ వారి వ్యక్తిగత వివరాలు మారి
పోయినట్లయితే (ఫోన్ నెంబరు / ఒక గ్రామము / వార్డు నుండి ఇంకొక గ్రామము /
వార్డ్ నకు మారిన పరిస్థితిలో ) వారి వివరాలు అప్డేట్ చేసుకోవాలి.


- నవంబరు నుండి మార్చి వరకు వి.ఓ / యస్.ఎల్.ఎఫ్ నుండి ఎన్యుమరేటర్స్ గా
REGISTER కాబడిన సభ్యుల వివరాలు మెయిల్ లో పంప బడినవి.



- ఒక రెవిన్యూ గ్రామములో అవసరము మేరకు ఎంత మంది కావాలి అంటే అంత మంది ని
వి.ఓ / యస్.ఎల్.ఎఫ్ నుండి ఎన్యుమరేటర్స్ గా REGISTER చేసుకోవచ్చు.

M/s Code Tree, IT support Agency for SPS survey has provided app for
registration of eligible workers to enroll under Chandranna Bima scheme
through VO / SLF VET team members. VET team members shall download the app
to register themselves to identify and update eligible workers data to
enroll into Chandranna Bima scheme.

Workers shall be covered into Praja Sadhikara Survey and they have to
complete e-Kyc with SPS enumerators / supervisors on or before 25.09.17 to
complete the enrollment process.

It is requested to inform and ensure the download of App into VO / SLF TABs
to register the left over workers to enroll into Chandranna Bima scheme.

Circular Instructions will be communicated after approval of the CEO sir.
