Sir/Madam,
As you are aware that Sthree Nidhi commenced lending operations to MMSs, VOs and SHGs from 06-10-2011.These loans are repayable in 12-15 monthly installments. The repayment of loans to Sthree Nidhi may commence from first week of November 2011 onwards.
Further to our circular dated 02 November 2011, you are advised to observe the following instructions,
1. The Loan particulars and D.C.B of VO / SHG / Members as per the break up given for the principle & Interest (EMI) are to be recovered as per the print out given by the MMS for that loan.
2. For this purpose, 2 digit IVRS loan code is available in MMS accounting logins for the loans repayable during a particular month
3. The 2 digit IVRS loan code should be furnished in the IVRS for effecting the loan repayments.
4. The MMS every month will circulate to all VOs the particulars of loans availed by SHGs.
5. The loan installment comprising of the principle & Interest shown in the statement may be recorded in the ledgers of SHG / Members.
6. Therefore, the MMS & VO’s may be advised to repay the loans as per the process given in the captioned circular by Entering into the URL http://61.95.132.212/snmms/settings/login.aspx
7. Login Details (User Name & Password) are same used to MMS –Accounting Software.
8. As the prompt repayment of loans by SHG / VO / MMS to Sthree Nidhi will attract pavalavaddi, the work may be given the top priority and instructions to be issued to the field level immediately.
