Grad photos are taken by Pegasus School Images and facilitated through WLU Student Publications. Grad photos are to be taken in the school year you plan on applying to graduate. You must take your photos before the deadline to be featured on the class composite and yearbook.
If you are graduating in the Spring or Fall of 2024, you should be taking your grad photos this school year. Appointments for 2024 grads will open in the Fall (September) of 2023. So this means that, if you are in your final year of study, you should book your grad photos as soon as possible.
Please wear a white collared shirt (and tie if you like) or a blouse that will hide under the gown. If you do not have a white collared shirt one can be provided at the sitting. However, please note that the shirt provided is not guaranteed to be your size.
Retakes are done once in January. In order to get retakes, you must return your entire proof package to the photographer. Note that your photo from the first sitting will be used in the yearbook and on the composite. Outside of this date, you will need to contact Pegasus directly to arrange retakes (1 -800-461-6575 or in...@pegasus-si.com).
Yearbooks will be available for purchase at Spring and Fall convocations. They will cost $50 and are compiled by a student just like you! The yearbook will be filled with grad photos, club photos and photos from the year.
Your proofs are usually mailed out 2-3 business weeks after your photographs are taken and are mailed to the address that you provided on the form you filled out at the sitting. If you have changed your mailing address, or want to make sure your information is correct please email Pegasus School Images at emcm...@pegasus-si.com to make sure they have the correct information on file.
