As you know, 6th TPF National Coference of Terapanth Professionals is being held on 16th and 17th August 2013 at Ladnun in pious presence of H.H.Acharyashri Mahashramanji. Pl. find attached herewith soft copy of Invitation card.

 

In this regard, your co-operation is solicited on the following issues -

1.    Please forward the soft copy of Invitation card to all  TPF members and other Terapanth Professinoals of your zone, either directly or                     through Branches for their  intimation and timely registration. Please motivate all members for online or advance off line registration.

2    As you know, in the 2nd Technical Session starting from 2 pm on 16th August, there is a slot for Zonal Presentations covering various             activities of Branches under each zone as well as zonal activities. The time slot is 10 minutes for each zone. You are requested to make your     self ready for Zonal presentation for your Zone. A soft copy of your presentation should be kept ready by you  in a pen drive for quick start.

 

3.    Please send list of all TPF Members of all Branches of your zone with complete postal address for despatch of Invitation cards. Else, we will send cards to respective Branch Heads for their onward despatches/ handing over of Invitation cards to Members / Professionals of their area. Please intimate your branch heads for their co-operation and support for the same.

 

4    Please inform expected number of participants from each branch of your zone for proper arrangements  at our end. This is urgently required.
