The negotiations with Moveable Type are not finalised yet so I would
appreciate it if everyone would please keep this information private.

We have a number of things to deal with still regarding moving
news.perlfoundation.org as we need a new place to host it and will
need to find someone new to maintain it.

But it does seem that Moveable Type are going to help us upgrade the
site and they are going to provide us with a license for MT 6 for
free. Since the conversation with Moveable Type is quite far along
I'm going to run with that for now. If is stalls again I will
certainly be willing to look at another solution for the TPF blog.

As for www.perlfoundation.org I'm not sure if we will try to move that
to MT even if we get the newest license.
