Hey all I was kinda thinking about heading down to the beach on Wednesday to hang out for the afternoon.  I was thinking we could meet at La Jolla Shores on the north lawn (where the surf ministry usually meets) around 11am and stay until about 3:30 or 4pm.  I have a meeting that I have to get to at 4:45pm so the students would need to be picked up no later than 4pm. 

 

Also, I know not everyone is on this list, so please look it over and if you see anyone who is not on this list, please, please, please let them know.  I don’t want anyone to get left out.

 

Oh yeah, I can grab some surfboards too if that would be something the students want to do also. 

 

I just need to know if your student can go by Wednesday AM before 10am.

Hey ImPerfect!

 

Great job at the SD Fair yesterday! We did get the event recorded - on a couple of home videos, a "dry" live recording (no mix, straight off the soundman's board), and lots of photos. As soon as there are copies available we'll make sure you know how to get them.  All around, a great time was had by all.

 

Now, the next thing -

 

Rich Jones, long time TPCC member and now pastor at First Christian Church in Oceanside, has asked you to visit & lead worship at his church.  We need to know who is available for a Sunday morning, sometime in August.  Let us know ASAP so we can start planning for it.

 

And the other next thing -

 

Do you guys still want to record this summer?  Who is available when?  We need days/dates - especially if we want to do the whole overnight in HH deal.  So e-mail me ASAP on this. Call me with questions - we're thinking weekdays, if someone has to be gone for a couple of hours that can be worked around.

 

Then the last next thing - 

 

We're working on getting a date for you to do the opening of Torrey Kids, 9 am on a Sunday.  The first date suggested doesn't work - is July 27 or any August Sunday good for your families?

 

Ok - lots of stuff, but that's a good thing.  See you Sunday 8 am to continue to ImProve ImPerfect.
