.deb file of 'quanta'

I am learing HTML.Right now i m using text editor for it.i have found
an HTML editor named 'quanta' but failed to get .deb file of it.so plz
any send me the link for it.thanx

Windows equivalent : Dreamweaver
Ubuntu equivalent : Quanta, Kompozer, NetBeans
Quanta
sudo apt-get install quanta
Access it through Applications → Programming → Quanta Plus
Komposer
sudo apt-get install kompozer nvu
Access it through Applications → Internet → Kompozer
NetBeans
sudo apt-get install netbeans
Access it through Applications → Programming → NetBeans IDE
