- Help finding keys to repair a broken Jaymar? - 2 Updates
Jay <cotton...@gmail.com>: Sep 02 02:05PM -0700
Hi there!
My mother recently uncovered her toy piano from childhood in the attic, but
sadly it is missing one white key, and has one broken black key.
I would love to restore it for her.
I've looked on ebay and around the web for replacement keys, but have had
no luck.
If anyone has any suggestions on where one might find something like this,
I'd greatly appreciate it!!
thanks for your help,
Jay

If you cannot find individual keys, perhaps you can find another Jaymar
of the same design cheap
(perhaps broken tines, etc.) and take the needed keys from there. You
might also get in touch with Schoenut who own both current Jaymar and
old Schoenhut, though they use the Schoenhut trade mark.
