Hi vidplace,

First thanks for your interest on our little project :).

Before explaining to you how to install the CTP I would like to warn
you that this CTP is highly instable so you might consider not to use
it as your main WM.

Otherwise for the installation do as follow:

- install pmk >= 0.10
- install sigc++ >= 2.0
- install cairo >= 1.2
- install glibmm >= 2.4
- install libxml++ >= 2.6
- download the CTP (Both Aoof-Wm and Toy'd) from the site (http://
toyd.org/?id=12)

Then do the following for both Aoof-Wm and Toy'd (in this order, Toy'd
depends on Aoof-Wm)

- uncompress it
- go to the resulting directory
- ./configure
- make
- sudo make install (make install-dev for Aoof-Wm)

It's almost finished ;)

You need to set a few environment variables before executing Toy'd:
- AOOFWM_LIB_DIR must point to the folder containing the shared
library of Aoof-Wm (by default /usr/local/lib/Aoof-Wm)
- AOOFWM_SHARE_DIR must point to the shared directory of Aoof-Wm (by
default /usr/local/share/Aoof-Wm)

Now run Toy'd ;).

I know we seem quite day since a little while, but we're still working
on it so wait & see :).

Again thanks for your interest.

Hi vidplacer,

I'm sorry but I will not be able to help you on this one, you should
go and ask on the ubuntu community forums, they should be able to help
you there :)
