Designation: Lower Olefins Technologist Location: Bangalore Qualification: Should have a Bachelors or Master"s degree in chemical engineering with adequate knowledge of the role of the lower olefins technology. Required Experience: * Sound knowledge in Chemical Processes, especially Lower Olefins (skill level required). At skill level as to support of Lower Olefins during turnarounds and start-ups. * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a reliability mindset. * Innovative and highly capable to develop new and more effective approaches and concepts. * Broad knowledge in chemical reaction engineering, chemistry, catalysis, economics, and analytical techniques. * Effective communication and people interaction skills. Be a good team player. * Experience in refining process support and services and process modelling * Enthusiastic learner with a passion for technology and the delivery of Experience Responsibilities: * Delivery of first class technology services to the Downstream businesses; * Delivery and support of technology improvement, process development, process engineering, fill-the-pipeline, and /or step-out R&D activities. * Adhere to quality standards and ensure that all HSE, Group, Regulatory, Quality, and other appropriate standards are complied with. * The successful applicant will be responsible for providing technology and Process Engineering support for Lower Olefins /C4-BDX/ Aromatics process units.
