Recognizing plots/Towny protection using script (Skript)

Hi, my question is that is it possible to use Skript to check if an area is Towny protected or not? Basically, I just want to know how does Towny stores it's data about the plots and can it be readed using simple scripts. Please help

The Towny API can do this easily, I do not know if Skript can access
plugin APIs, I doubt it.
