Location Notifications.

I was on a towny server where when you left an area that was a town it would say ~Wilderness and when you entered that town it would say ~Townname.

Is that part of Towny or another plugin and if it is part of Towny, how do I set it up?

In the config set: show_town_notifications: 'true'
