Bank Plots in towns.

I would like to have Bank plots where when you walk in it will say "how much would you like to deposit" , and maybe "You are owing [X], would you like to pay that today?"

Also, I would like to have a chest protection intergrated so that you can only use things like lockette in banks (Think of it like safety deposit boxes).
