Thank you for the email but we need a way forward and there has been no proposal by anyone yet on the way forward on this. I think we need to contact the Insolvency service and ask for advice and then decide whether we need to form a formal group called "Townfield Land Investors" and approach a lawyer willing to represent us (we would have to share the costs) and take Both Castleoak, Townfield directors to court.

Please feel free to pass comments.

Alternatively, since we own the plote, we could consider hosting Musical events on the whole plots like the one being done at Glastonbury yearly. It will be advisable to think abou this individually and then make a decision on this before we approach the council. Afterall Glastonbury used to be a farmland which now hosts musicians from all over the world. Please share your thoughts on this and lets know.
