Hi there,

Does anyone know what is the current market value for the land we
purchased in Southwold. I paid £9000 in 2006 but due to current
circumstances, am forced to sell this investment.

I realised that it is probably worth only £200 but does anyone has an
official valuation ( ie from the official receiver ) of its current
market value as an agricultural land ?

thanks

YP

Good luck selling it! Don't think you'll get many takers YP.

If the land was subject to an unauthorised CIS then then the value is
effectively zero, basically if you sell the land outside of the
exiting invetsors you are potentially opening up the CIS once again.
At present the FSA will view this CIS as closed. Opening this up
could potentially place you in breach of the FSMA 2000. I know this
does not really help but hopefully it is a start for you.
