realise some asset value.
As i see the situation we are all in need of some direction and i
think that we as the owners of each individuial plot stand no chance
of any money comeing our way! ever,but i do think as a co-op or
collective with all in agreement something can be achived,this can
only done by our own doing.I to would like a meeting of all involved
ie.all paying creditors, we won,t get that from anyone else is my
understanding. i would like to see if the majority of the creditors
are interested in going down that road!!! We cannot resonabley expect
anyone except ourselves to sort this mess out.I have several idea
myself and have contacted my solicitor for advice,i am also getting
the list of creditors from the receiver,s office and will try to see
if i can e mail you all reguarding a possible way thro this
situation,we need to be positive. We all need to hit this problem head
on,
we all need to support each other,we need ideas,so let,s have some!!

total list of people involved in the Southwold land sale would be a
start, is this list available to all?? We need to move forward and
question the ex directors and solicitors ect to see where our options
lie.

i am in the process of getting as complete list as soon as possible .
I belive help from any one but our selves is not going to be
available,as individuals we took this project on board,it was never a
forgone conclusion that it would ever work out, and i belive that at
this stage unless we get a virtually all plot buyers to stand together
that we stand no chance!! .There may be a way forward but it will take
time,effort,and of course money,we could get a meeting together but
with a potential of approx 400 people to sort out this will cost for
venue,plus other costs,i would like know if any one is interested
comeing to something like this?
Is this a start? i have lots of ideas as to manage our situation,it is
all long term are you in for that?

I agree, we all need to stick together, and get one Solicitor to work
for us all to try and get some compensation of sorts.
If we all try this individually we will get nowhere.
The problem will be getting everyone to chip in more money for legal
costs etc.
Getting the list of all the creditors contact details is the start -
then maybe we can get some initial freebee advice from a solicitor on
how commence.
It's good that more and more people are heading to this, but if you
had 400 people all with differing ideas - it will be a nightmare.
One professional body needs to handle it for all concerned, with a
couple of spokespersons in contact, then relaying the info to the rest
of the group.
Maybe we can get a "no win, no fee" situation with a solicitor.

abreviated advice is we need a specialist is this subject to help
formulate a plan,he is trying to arrange this as we speak,personally i
think that the advice given to the directors of townfield is the
crutch of our problemsand i feel that they asked the right legal
questions and got the wrong answers ! in my discussion with the
liquidators,and my solicitor,the feeling is that the directors where
operating i good faith ,perhaps there is a case for an atempt to
persue that line of attack in the hope of a compensation package? if
you read a letter posted on this site you may be enlightened!! also
said no unsertain words money will be required to persue any line of
compensation or persons to help us all out,i would like to see all
this done on a more sercure site, this way of comunication is very
pubilic
