I have recently received through notification from the newly appointed
Liquidators, “Tenon recovery “ concerning the Creditors meeting in
Sunderland on 13th June 2008. noon
One of the main purposes of this initial meeting the letter from the
Liquidator suggests, is for the agreement of the method of
remuneration of the liquidator, who is suggesting that his
remuneration be by hourly rate rather than percentage of recovered
assets.
I will not be able to attend this meeting. I would be very grateful
to hear from members as to whether they are going to pettion for a
"Liquation committee" to be set up . and are in support of
remuneration of the Liquidator being, as a percentage of the
recovered assets rather than by hourly rate.
