It is quite difficult to get hold of him by phone but i was advised to

I sent him an email with a few questions and he replied:

1. I have been in contact with other plot holders and we are confused
as to why our investment is being referred to as debt, could you
elaborate on this please?

Debt, this refers to what you have paid for the plot, i.e you are the
creditor

2.From your experience, how long does this process take?

Unable to say all liquidations take different times.

3.What kind of money return, if any, can we expect?

At this stage no prospect of a dividend.

4.What happens if we don't send the requested proxy and proof of debt
forms?

Your claim has not been registered in the liquidation.
