Hi everyone
Have you all received your letter from Tenon yet. i received my letter
at the weekend.
it seems everyone who went to the recent meeting agreed to pay the
liquidator for his servcies in dealing with our claim
i hope this will not be to expensive for all the investors
my question is what happens now?
as i wasnt able to attend the recent meeting with the tenon group
maybe someone can keep me updated with any progress that is being made
I still believe if we all stand firm together we will have a postive out come to this situation
And if anyone wants to form a small group to work on behalf of
all the investors please get in touch with me as i want to be part of
any such action group that we form .
regards
paul chapman

Hi Paul
How can you say its a scam when these people were appointed by the
Insolvency Office themselves, unless if you are saying the
Insolvency Office themselves are scammers?
Pls clarify what was said about compensation in the letter from
Tenon because I didnt see anything about compensation or got any
letter from anybody.
