I own plot 40. The plan showed 116 plots when I purchased, but there
was space for a lot more. This was in June 2006.

I've had a couple of email exchanges with Matthew Stone (DTI).
In summary, we are entitled to a full refund, but at this point there
are insufficient assets to make any payments to creditors.

I agree with the general feelings expressed in the related posts that
we need to stick together.

Ian.

We also fell for the land scam,
I also think we need to act as one voice, if the chances of developing
the land are as low as we've been led to believe somewhere we were all
lied to, and surely we could sue for damages? I bet the owners of
Townfield are'nt in financial troubles as some of the people that have
brought land are?

Dear all plot owners at SOUTHWOLD

NEW INFORMATION

I may be behind the times here, however I have received an email from a Mr Akber Kirefu     akberg...@hotmail.com    who has received correspondence from    alan_...@yahoo.co.uk   regarding the interest in developing our site.

If you visit Waveney District Council's website you will see a "CALL FOR SITES 2015" development opportunity. When you browse the 'consultation pages' you will see SITE No 6 (our site) highlighted in yellow.

Akber has sent the following link which he has advised all to fill in and submit urgently . The closer the sold plots are together the better the building opportunity for those interested in buying our plots and developing them.

If you have deeds, upload them to prove ownership,  and any other docs of our site to add weight to the process of selling on our plots to property developers.

ROBBIE COOK is the Planning Technician at Waveney's Planning Policy adn Delivery Team and can be contacted on 01502 523068

Of course we know that our plots were sold to us for a considerable amount more that they were actually worth, however this could be the first step in 'claims' for those who lost it all, including myself.

Akber is more than happy to receive emails in order to provide more details of this development on our site.

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

Sian
