Hi
I have also purchased a plot at Southwold, the worst aspect apart from
the court case is the statement on the web site that the area is
unsuitable for development due to;
1 Soil conditions
2 Area in a flood plain
3 Area being listed as ' an area of outstanding beauty' therfore
unlikely ever to be developed.
I spoke to the receiver and stated that if any of the above was true
then the surveyor, solicitor and the land owner should be brought to
court to answer for their involvement.
Has anybody else heard about the actual real chances of getting
planning permission?
Regards
Frank and Carol Wallwork

Dear all plot owners at SOUTHWOLD

NEW INFORMATION

I may be behind the times here, however I have received an email from a Mr Akber Kirefu     akberg...@hotmail.com    who has received correspondence from    alan_...@yahoo.co.uk   regarding the interest in developing our site.

If you visit Waveney District Council's website you will see a "CALL FOR SITES 2015" development opportunity. When you browse the 'consultation pages' you will see SITE No 6 (our site) highlighted in yellow.

Akber has sent the following link which he has advised all to fill in and submit urgently . The closer the sold plots are together the better the building opportunity for those interested in buying our plots and developing them.

If you have deeds, upload them to prove ownership,  and any other docs of our site to add weight to the process of selling on our plots to property developers.

ROBBIE COOK is the Planning Technician at Waveney's Planning Policy adn Delivery Team and can be contacted on 01502 523068

Of course we know that our plots were sold to us for a considerable amount more that they were actually worth, however this could be the first step in 'claims' for those who lost it all, including myself.

Akber is more than happy to receive emails in order to provide more details of this development on our site.

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

Sian
