May 2-6 Teacher Appreciation Week

Since our boys will be gone during Teacher Appreciation Week, please have them bring in two handmade cards, one for your son's advisor and an additional card for a faculty or staff member by this Friday, April 29th. Cards to advisors can be given this Friday, cards to faculty and staff should go to Ms. Leong for disbursement the following week.

Teacher Appreciation Week Volunteer Opportunity

Join the Parents' Association in celebrating Town's amazing faculty and staff!  We have a number of celebratory events and treats planned throughout the week and beyond.  Here's how you can help us show our appreciation: 

• Friday 5/6: Baked Goods Bar!  We are looking for 4 families per grade to help us create an amazing Baked Goods Bar in the faculty room.  We will be providing bakery bags for faculty and staff to pack up sweet treats to enjoy over the weekend.  Please use the link here to sign up to bring 1-2 dozen baked goods (on disposable plates).  No nuts please.  Also, some of our faculty and staff members are vegan and/or gluten free!  Please drop off baked goods on Friday May 6th at morning drop off.  

• Volunteers Needed: Please also sign up to collect the baked goods at drop off on Friday and set up the Baked Goods Bar!  

 

May 13- Festival of the Arts - Volunteers Needed

Please support Town’s fabulous art department and help with the Festival of Arts, which will take place on Friday, May 13 from 5:30-8:00pm. This special evening will celebrate Town’s artists and this year’s visual arts theme, Art and Water.
Volunteers are needed to help install the students’ artwork throughout the school in the weeks before, as well as lead activities during the event. Sign up here.

May 13-15 Son Plus One Camping Trip

May 20-Track Meet at Kezar Stadium, 8:30-12:00

May 25- 8th Grade Dinner, 6:00, coat and tie for the boys

May 26- Athletics Banquet, 5:00-9:00, free dress, parents invited from 5-5:45

June 1- Capstone Night, 5:30-8:00

June 8th- Last Day of School

June 9th- Giants Game! Please remember to reimburse Ann Mao $30 via Venmo @Ann-Mao. Please fill in your email address on the google sheet so we can disburse tickets as we get closer to the event.
