Famed movie critic Roger Ebert said: “Movies are windows in its walls. They allow us to enter other minds…by seeing the world as another person sees it.” Movies are among the most powerful and influential ways for humans to express their ideas. They can record history, inspire hope, make us laugh, cry, cower in fear, and more. Movies, like any other form of art, are highly subjective- that is, different people react to them in different ways. They interpret films in different ways. In this weekly guided forum, led by Mr. Rodrigo Monteiro, the course is being offered on Thursdays 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm with a start date of April 21st for $195 over the course of 7-weeks. Registration is required and a minimum student enrollment must be met in order for the class to take place this spring season. Online registration is now open and will close at 11:59 pm Monday, April 18th. Please contact Flora Mugambi-Mutunga about supplemental Tuition Assistance funds available for eligible families.
