Festival of the Arts - More Volunteers Needed

Thank you to all who have already signed up to help with the Festival of the Arts! More volunteers are needed to make this celebration a success, especially for Saturday, May 7 and the evening of the event on Friday, May 13. 

Faculty Appreciation - Show Your Support!

 

• Friday 5/6: Baked Goods Bar! Thank you to all who signed up to help! An email reminder will go out this week.

 

• NEW! Thursday, May 12: Flower Bouquets! Please sign-up to bring a small homemade flower arrangement in a simple vase or mason jar. Or if easier, please bring in hand-cut or loose flowers and we will make them into arrangements. Someone will collect flowers at drop off on May 12. Thank you for your help in spoiling our teachers and staff! Please specify if you'll bring an arrangement or loose flowers. 

 

Upper School Parent Ed - Mental Health Program

EVENT:  “More Than Sad” Mental Health Education Program for Town School Parents of Grades 5-8 (hosted by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Bay Area Chapter)

Details: May is Mental Health Awareness Month and the Parent Ed committee has organized for members of the AFSP to teach Town School parents/caretakers how to recognize signs of depression and other mental health problems; initiate a conversation about mental health with their child; and get help. This program focuses on parents and guardians of ages 12+. Note: This program will NOT be recorded.
