May 20-Track Meet
Our annual all school track meet will be held Friday, May 20 8:30-12:30 at Kezar Stadium. There will be NO regular school, EDP, or buses. The track meet is the only "school" that day and each student must be accompanied by an adult. Teachers and staff will be present moving the grades through various events. The meet will commence at 9 am with a fun run around the track. All are welcome to participate; dress comfortably in athletic attire--kids and parents alike!
8th grade is traditionally in charge of TICKET SALES. Tickets will be purchased with CASH and sold in $10 strips; each ticket is worth $1 so remember to send your son with cash please. Food and beverages will be reasonably priced from 1-4 tickets.

-8:30-9:30 am: (4 volunteers) set-up, pre bundling of tickets into $10 strips/begin sales
-9:30-10:30 am (4 volunteers) ticket sales
-10:30-11:30 am (4 volunteers) ticket sales
-11:30-12:30 pm (4 volunteers) ticket sales and clean up/reconcile funds with PA
Baked Goods for Track Meet
Sign up here to donate baked goods for the PA Track Meet Bake Sale! All goodies will be sold at reasonable prices to help cover the costs of the meet; this is a break even event. Please bring items to the baked goods table when you arrive at Kezar.
**baked goods can be homemade or store bought; NO NUTS PLEASE. A plastic/paper plate with foil is sufficient for packaging. Please do not send reusable containers as they will be difficult to return. THANK YOU!
