The Lee County GOP in Florida passed a resolution
calling the mRNA Covid vaccines a bioweapon and act of terrorism
as defined in the 1989 "Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act"
(BWATA)
Dr. Sansone is confident that a grassroots effort
could get Governor Ron Desantis to ban the Covid vaccines in
Florida.
Resolutions calling to cease all Covid-19 mRNA vaccine
injections and to seize the vials for forensic analyisis will
put pressure on elected officials to stop buying and promoting a
vaccine that Florida Surgeon General, Ladapo has already
determined to be too risky for most Americans under the age of
59. Furthermore, these mRNA injections meet the legal
definition of the 1989 "Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act"
(BWATA). This is no less than biological warfare, terrorism,
poisoning and murder against citizens of Florida.
There is no law in the state of Florida that legally protects
any corporation or person from criminal prosecution for the
terrorism of harmful and deadly biological weapons on the
population.

NYPost - 12/22/2022 - The Florida Supreme Court signed off
Thursday on Gov. Ron DeSantis’ request to impanel a grand jury
to investigate COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers for potential
wrongdoing.
In DeSantis’ petition to establish the grand jury, he argued
that a Florida Department of Health analysis “found an
increase in the relative incidence of cardiac-related deaths
among males 18-39 years old within 28 days following mRNA
vaccination.”
Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna are the two manufacturers of mRNA
COVID-19 vaccines.
“A statewide grand jury shall be promptly
impaneled for a term of twelve calendar months, to run from
the date of impanelment, with jurisdiction throughout the
State of Florida, to investigate crime, return indictments,
make presentments, and otherwise perform all functions of a
grand jury with regard to the offenses stated herein,” the
court order read.
