Hey Jim...at 21:20 In this video you claim the word "chemtrails" was first used on the internet in 1997, however the word "chemtrails" was already copyrighted by the USAF "CHEMTRALS" manual in 1990 or before as the title to a USAF pilot's manual. Therefor the word "chemtrails" precedes the 1997 date by 7-8 years.  It's very possible the "chemtrails" term was gaining popularity after it originated at the USAF academy and became increasingly popularized as the internet developed into World Wide Web later in 1997.  Also, NASA has adopted the "chemtrails" term to describe the trails from rocket launches at Wallops island .

Page 64-74 is a pilot tutorial on available energy resources known at the time. Why would a pilot need to know this to fly a plane?  Perhaps recruitment for melting the poles for access to drilling in the arctic.
