TheACCA Practice Platform contains a range of content that allows you to attempt questions to time and then mark and debrief your answers. It also contains a blank workspace that allows you to answer constructed response questions from other sources in the CBE environment.
This shows how the exam will be assessed, the structured and the likely style and range of questions that could be asked. A useful resource to get familiar with the exam at the start of your studies.
These are based on past exam content and they have been updated to align with any syllabus, structure or format changes. You should try to complete two full practice exams under exam conditions as part of your revision activities.
These are recent exams that allow you to practice and become more familiar with the styles of question that you may face in your exam. Use these with caution as they appear exactly as they did when the exams were set and have not been updated to reflect any changes to legislation, standards or to the syllabus.
All study resources are the copyright of ACCA and can only be used for classroom and student use in preparation for their ACCA exams. They cannot be published in any form (paper or soft copy), or sold for profit in any way, without first gaining the express permission of ACCA. Nor can they be used as examinations, in whole or in part, by other institutions or awarding bodies.
For a student to become an ACCA affiliate, one of the major requirements is that the student needs to complete all 13 papers (with or without exemption). One of the biggest differentiators of ACCA as a course, is the way the subjects and curriculum have been integrated seamlessly across the 3 levels with a focus and blending of conceptual understanding and application to real life scenarios.
Additionally, our students are personally advised by our accounting program leaders on how to decide about which paper (across levels) to attempt and when. After all it is all about smart work Vs. hard work with a broader aim to make the student journey throughout the course as seamless as possible.
Please note that all ACCA exams are computer-based exams. Students can opt to appear for their exams either through an approved ACCA examination centre or appear for a proctored exam. We would highly recommend students to opt for a centre-based exam, unless and until there is a challenge in finding a nearby centre (either due to distance or non- availability of a centre)
Through an extensive exam preparation methodology (including quizzes, mock exams, practicing questions from the examination kit, doubt sessions, mock exam evaluation, past papers and detailed feedback sessions) faculties should generally work with individual students so that they are comfortable and take a confident decision to book the respective exam on time.
As and when a student starts their ACCA journey, they need to go through a simple registration process. ACCA approved learnings partners (e.g., The WallStreet School is one of the sought after Approved Gold Learning Partner of ACCA), generally assist and guide students through the registration process. The registration fees is approx. 30 pounds, which would translate to an amount of INR 3,000 (considering a standard exchange rate of 1 Pound = INR 100).

Thousands of aspirants prepare and appear for the ACCA exam, but very few can pass it. One key factor that sets these applicants apart from the rest. A mock test is an exam that is completed for practice while adhering to all examination regulations. The past papers contain questions that were asked in the previous exams.
Practice makes perfect, and for ACCA exams, mocks and previous papers are what make a difference between any aspirant and the topper. Here are the top benefits of mock tests and previous papers for ACCA exam preparation.
ACCA exams consist of a variety of questions that might confuse students. Students must gradually develop the specific strategies necessary to tackle issues. They must be crystal clear about which section they will tackle first and in what sequence. Additionally, students should also schedule how much time they will devote to each subject. They might gradually acquire this tactic by taking several practice exams.
In addition to helping cover a wide range of questions that have occurred on the exams over the years, previous papers and mock exams serve to reinforce learning and concepts. The results of these tests also help students measure how well they prepared. Students can examine their mock test results to identify areas where they need to improve, even though they are not perfect predictors.
One of the best benefits of mock exams is that they help students become accustomed to the exam setting. In computer-based examinations, this becomes much more crucial. Students benefit greatly when they practice these tests in an atmosphere that closely resembles the actual exam-like setting.
Another benefit of the mock exams and previous papers for the ACCA exam is that you get to review your study material when you attempt to respond to questions on practice exams. You are revising more topics as you complete more and more practice exams, sample papers, and question papers from prior years.
The exam pattern is the same for mock exams, sample papers, and question papers from prior years. Thus, it provides a general understanding of the key subjects based on the specific exams. To ensure that you do well in the test, you can make sure that these subjects are fully covered in every way.
While it may seem easy to answer questions on a specific topic or type all at once, when it comes to qualifying for a mock test, it might not be that simple. Students may become agitated during the test or lose focus and enthusiasm. Students find it easier to handle stress on the final day when they attempt tests that are similar to the original ones. They feel more equipped to take up the workout and do not feel unfamiliar with it.
You will be able to look at the trends and style of past questions to pinpoint areas that you should focus on, helping you to identify the underlying themes that may come up. It is also a good idea to study sample answers and see what a model answer looks like. This will help you understand exactly what you need to do to pass and can make you feel more confident about your own writing and knowledge.
At LSBF, we offer expert guidance from experienced tutors who can show you how to create an answer that will get full marks on exam day. You will gain an understanding of what you need to know to answer the questions, as well as how to answer without running out of time. We are also constantly updating our knowledge of the ACCA guidelines, so with us, you will always learn the most up-to-date solutions.
You will get all of these benefits and more with our ACCA Revision Course, giving you unlimited access to the ACCA Examination question bank and dedicated support from our tutors throughout your revision.
Our platform does not require any additional software. However, it is advisable that students have Microsoft Office installed on their computers as tutors may provide additional downloadable notes in Doc, Xlsx, PPT, and PDF formats.
Access to all learning materials and live sessions opens in the month of intake and closes three months later. For example, if teaching starts in mid-June, access will stop in mid-September after the exams finish. Students taking Computer Based Assessments (CBE) have access for 6 months.
You will be asked to complete homework in every tuition and revision session, which will be marked with feedback provided during your mentoring hour. You will also be asked to complete a time-limited exam that will also be marked with feedback.
We expect you to attend all live sessions, but if that is not possible (e.g., time zone constraints), we ask that you study using the recorded sessions provided. If you do not attend any sessions, live or recorded, then you may be removed from the course and deferred to the next session.
