- The speech recital schedule for TONIGHT is on the calendar and website.
- There was some confusion which I’ll clarify—you’ll be performing all four speeches. I’ll focus on the two you didn’t do the first time, then at least partially hear the one’s you’ve already (done depending on how well it went.
- I sent calendar invites to everyone with the first half of our schedule, but that has now CHANGED. I re-sent out cancellations and invites, but please make sure to double check.
- Note: The criteria I use for the schedule is: your availability, making sure you have a shift after a long period where you can’t work, trying to get you one shift per week, and switching up Saturdays and Sundays. I don’t consider who is working with who, so no conspiracy theories! (See example below of my wizardly calculations. When you come to the chicano culture room today, say the phrase “mister scissors”.)
- I will still be indicating which position you’ll start the day off with (G13, G24 or G4) and will update the calendar with that soon.
- We will need someone for Monday, May 20. Can anyone help with this?
