Dear Board members,

Please find an appeal for support for paedriatic heart surgery.

The girl is from a poor family and father less. Cost of surgery is 1.5 lakhs and RC Chennapatna is supporting to the extent of Rs.1.25 lakhs. They are looking for help to the extent of Rs.25000 from our Club to enable surgery which is scheduled today or tomorrow.

Request approval for 25000 under "Save Heart, Save Child" program.

We have been doing 7 free heart operations for children every year.

We subsidise upto Rs. 1.25 Lakhs for each operation. 

But for Indumathi (14/F) the amount for the operation required
is Rs. 1.50 Lakhs (See attachment).

Kindly request you to arrange for the balance of Rs. 25,000/- from your club.

Please do the needful.

Find the appeal letter and the Report & Proforma from The Madras Medical Mission
attached.

Please issue a cheque favouring 'THE MADRAS MEDICAL MISSION'
