Sweet 16 celebrations

Dear Board members,

We have thought of celebrating RCCT Charter day on 10th June in a different manner and Rajesh narang , Srikumar and self have put together a good 16 project to celebrate this day.

Request approval of the Board for the program and the costs and more importantly participation in as many events as possible.

We plan a get together in the evening which will be informed later.

Celebrating Charter is a very good initiative ... An impressive line up of so many projects .. It is not an easy task to do this in such a nice and befitting way
