Dear Co presidents and District officials ,
Today is May Day, when all work and all work related skills are celebrated. I am very happy to share with great pride my role this year as president of RCA - Rotary Club of Ambattur. Rotary Club of Ambattur was the 1st club to be set up outside " Madras " and therefore did not carry the term Madras before it. RCA was the 1st club in an industrial belt and it is wonderful that our founding fathers selected the Labour statute as our logo and helped establish ARH - Ambattur Rotary Hospital in an acre.
This year Club service Director Viswanathan, on the occasion of charter nite celebrations on 28th August , helped us bring the men who posed as the labors in that everlasting logo on the beach. May day therefore for all Ambatturians is very special. we celebrate work, work related skills and all workmen. With some good medical equipment and theatre, our ESIS registration will come through and will help us serve more workmen, for which the ARH was set up.
This year we plan to get ESIS process through so that we can cater better to the many industries and community in the belt specially in hand injuries where we have good expertise and established practice. be with us, partner with us, together we can reach out better and longer.
Presidents are invited to bring their Clubs to visit our hospital with your members and team and know our projects better.
