Hey Guys –

 

Here is the most up to date copy of the end of semester moves including when these students are moving.  I have added some additional columns from the original sheet, including the previous occupant and a date column.  Anyone highlight in yellow has already moved.   Anyone with a “©” next to their name is a cancellation.  Anyone highlighted in green is someone else who is transitioning.  As you can see, there are still a considerable amount that need to touch base with me on their plans.  Any student I communicate with is also instructed to check out properly with their current RA.  I’ll update you as more info becomes available.  Also attached is an updated cancellation spreadsheet.  This is up to date as of today; however, we have folks coming in regularly cancelling so I don’t think this is all.
