Link to song request form

[Tower Ave Band]

All,

I created a form we can use to select songs:

They only let me have 10 spots on the form, so use the "Notes/Other instruments" text box for any additional info.

Fill out the form for the (up to) three songs you want to play and let me know if it doesn't work for you or there are any problems. 

Otherwise, let's take a few weeks to figure out what songs to do.
