Y. Kameswara Rao (b. 1933), graduated in commerce at Rajahmundry in 1954, had nearly half a century experience in A.P. State Cooperative Department at Hyderabad and guest faculty in the Institute of Cooperative Management, Hyderabad. The books presented by the author are well-known in Andhra Pradesh and other States.
