Schedule of activities:

9-10 am Zumba at 2716 Hereford, with St. Louis International Salsa Congress Executive Producer, Carmen Guynn

9 - 10 am: Low impact / arthritis exercise class at 2800 Hereford, provided by the St. Louis Activity Center

9 - 10 am: Zumba at 4930 Reber Pl, provided by the So. City YMCA

9 - 10 am: Marching Drum Line of St. Louis

9:30- 10:30 am: Walking Architecture Tour at intersection of Reber & Hereford, provided by Michael Allen of Preservation Research Office

10-11:30 am: Kettlebell Strength Training at 2816 Hereford, with This Way Ladies fitness center

10-11am Mexican Dance Exercise Part I at 2716 Hereford, with Traditional folk artist, Eileen Wolfington
10-11 am Line Dancing at 2800 Hereford, with St. Louis Activity Center
11- 12 noon: Salsa at 2716 Hereford, with Carmen Guynn

11-12 noon: Washers at 2800 Hereford, with St. Louis Activity Center

11:30-1: live music with Firedog at 4930 Reber Pl.
Noon - 1pm Mexican Dance Exercise Part II, at 2716 Hereford, with Eileen Wolfington

 

From 9 am to 1 pm: enjoy bike games, bike checks, free kids helmets, chess, mobile farmers market, learn about urban farming and community gardens, play ping pong, street hockey, get advice from personal trainers, register to vote, make chalk art, do gymnastics, a bike blender, paint a master piece, build a bird house, jump on a mini trampoline, play in a sand box, throw a frisbee, sing, jog, walk, bike - play.
