How to install tow as service

i just browsed through doc it sounds like ihave to kick off
two_start.bat file. How can i set it up on port 80 as running service
so that i dont have to baby sit it.

Also what are the steps needed to upgrade trac to its latest version.

open file "TOW\Apache\conf\httpd.conf"
modify that

#Listen 12.34.56.78:80
Listen 8080 => 80
