Hi,
is there a way to convert a mkv-file (coming from a blu-ray rip) with 23.976 fps to a dvd-compliant mpeg file that doesn't stutter every second because it runs at 25fps? I read that a dvd should also be able to contain a 24p-mpeg instead if a 25p-mpeg. Is there a way to achieve such a file with tovid?
cu,
Frank

Hi Frank,
Not positive, but I think that is what the -ntsc-film switch is for.
Never used it myself.
