Can tovid toggle subtitles on and off?

Hi,

I am wondering if it is possible to toggle subtitles on and off with tovid. I have a mp4 file with soft subtitles which means I can toggle the subtitles on and off during playback. I want to make a dvd from this file and retain the ability to toggle subtitles on/off.

Hi,
At this time tovid can only hard-code subtitles, so the short answer is
no. There was a post or two on the wiki (or do a web search) about a do
it yourself approach using spumux to mux the subtitles first, if you
want to go that route. I don't have any experience with that myself.
