Attached is the org chart and the composition of the mission team. Bear in mind that the team has increased in number since it was developed. Others have come forward to volunteer and I may have not added them to the chart.. 

We have gotten approval from the CEP for this mission. When we were in Haiti in August, we have met with the executive branch, the President, as well as the legislative branch, members of Parliament and they were informed of our intention.  We have a blue ribbon commission on Diaspora affairs chair by the executive branch and our mission has been on the table. Please tell us the composition of the Team that is going to Haiti to observe the elections in October.

Did you receive an O.K. from the Board of Elections and has the initiative of your Team (THE HAITIAN DIASPORA) been acquiesced to by the Executive, Judiciary and the Legislative (Parliament) branches of Haiti government if not too late????

All this questioning to ensure we are not being made fun of or that our effort be an "exercise in futility".
