is this good for United States USCF rated tournaments? Also, does it support Monrad system?

(instead of traditional pswiss pairings, the monrad system pairs the players closest in ratings so the 1 seed plays the 2 seed, 3 plays 4, 5 plays 6 etc per section. then in the second round, the 1.0 scores play each other and 0.5 scores play each other and 0.0 play each other but again, they are paired based on rating of the closest person wtih the same score. hope that makes sense).

Also, can it ensure students from the same team dont play each other and make sure that players alternate white and black as much as possible?

This is a good question - and where is the answer? I think this question is ½ year in waiting, so...
Also, does it support accelerated Dutch Swiss System?

Hello Erik,
thanks for reviving this thread!
Since I needed more details from Tony for best possible answers, I continued this discussion with him by private email. I should of course also have copied the answers to this group for anyone to see, but unfortunately I didn't think of that at the time. Sorry for the oversight!
Anyway: The short answer to these questions are "Yes". TournamentService (TS) is approved by FIDE, and as such it must fulfill all necessary requirements from FIDE, in particular:
- the swiss (dutch) pairing system,
- including accelleration (BAKU version).
- Also the updated tiebreak requirements from 2024
- I'm right now in the final stages of testing the new swiss/dutch paring rules, which will be a requirement for all official FIDE tournaments starting next month. All pairing programs must be re-approved for that.

TS has a number of other pairings systems built-in, too. For example Monrad.

Also: since you seem to be a Frederiksberg player, you may be interested to know, TS synchronizes with the Danish chess federation (DSU) member lists (they are used for assisting during signup).
And thanks to a fellow DSU member of you,  the TS web pages are hand-translated to Danish... :-)
Don't hesitate to take contact with me for more info, or a demo license!
-Harald
