Just to let you know the outcomes from  2007 THED project have further evolved into a project called Learnspace and it's had a very positive influence on the way the Illawarra Institute conducts local professional development in elearning, check out http://learnspace.iiwiki.edu.au/

 

I've added the photos from your THED work to the learnspace flickr slideshow and I hope you'll participate what comes from this Learnspace eLearning Mentor Network. I think it will be a significant increase as more teachers become comfortable with elearning methods and now we have the organisation Management fully on board to support individuals in their efforts.

 

PS. Jayne from THED 07 is running this 2008 PD program, as an event managment professional she brought something special to the organisation of the event this week. The food we had over two days was amazing. Photo's coming soon :-)

Hi Stephen, no unfortunately the funding for the community was dropped.

The community is still up and running and is being run by a great group of  volunteers.

Jonathon is the worlds best at using Virtual Classrooms (particulary the ability to

multitask)  so I am really looking  forward to it.
