Ooops!
Sorry guys, this one was meant for my dear wife (hence the kiss at the end!)
In an effort to redeem myself, I know a lot of hard work goes into this event, and it is good for the charities and the kids. We were just a little disappointed last year that it seemed to be more “French” than English, and that a lot of good English stalls took second place to the French (non xmas, and probably non charity stalls). We did enjoy the second-hand and book stalls though, and the café was great

TWIG's annual Christmas Fair will be held once again at La Salvetat
St. Gilles to benefit our two chosen charities, "Aide au Jeunes
Diabétiques" and "Emmaus", both registered here in France. There will
be lots of lovely things to buy on our stalls, food and drink in the
café and even Father Christmas will be there for the children. Do come
along and bring all your friends to make this a happy and fun occasion.

Thanks very much for your insightful words, and perhaps you thought it was 'crap', however considering all the work that people put into the fair each year, that all the kids like AND it's for charity, maybe your words are harsh ?

I'm sorry if that year's Fair wasn't what you were expecting. Perhaps
your feedback could help to improve next year's Fair - what would you
change?
Santa is right, the Fair does raise money for Charity, and has been
doing so for nearly 20 years; in the last 6 years alone the TWIG
Christmas Fair has raised nearly €50,000 for charities both in and
around Toulouse and world-wide.
The Fair is run in conjunction with the Maire of La Salvatat St Giles,
and local artisan groups. So, alongside Father Christmas, mulled
wine, mince pies, fabulous cards, a second hand toy stall, more
English books in one place this side of the Chanel (and much more!)
you will find local French artisans.
