Toughbook and Ubuntu?

Has anyone installed Ubuntu on a Toughbook? I have a CF-27 and want
to give it a try.

I know a few people that have done it on a CF-37. I currently have a
CF-37 running puppy linux with success. Good luck!

Swarm32, good to hear. What are you using/what do you recommend for
the touch screen driver?

The CF-37 uses a GUNZE touchscreen controller tied to a COM port by a
bios setting. I believe the default is COM2.
I'd help you more, but I screwed up my Xorg.conf and now I'm stuck at
640x480 with a mouse rendering problem. http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=23160
I had the touch screen working briefly when I ran Fedora 6 on it but
it took WAAAY to long to boot.
