Select boot device on startup - CF-30 Mk3

Hi All;

Trying to find out if and how I can boot a Panasonic Toughbook CF-30 Mk3 to a USB device that is selected *during boot*. 

E.g. many PCs can selectively boot with F12 or ESC key on bootup.
