The F11 key

Hello guys,
On my CF29, I have a red F11 key, slightly encased within the keyboard.
I could not find any mention of its use anywhere. What do I do with it?

The red F11 can be programed to report through police dispach an
officer is in trouble. This key only works with Special software used
by Law Enforcement.
