Start time has been announced everyone. It is time to start getting excited for what's ahead because truthfully, that's the only way we are going to survive the shit storm waiting for us in Central Tennessee.
I am placing a few charts below that should give you some more information about what awaits. Chart 1 tells you the number of minutes you will be running based on a 9:30 minute mile pace and your start time based on the pace as well. Obviously if we run faster then you will start earlier, but this gives you an idea if you will be a night runner or early morning runner. Chart 2 gives you the relative miles that you will be running based on Ragnar's calculations. Relative miles are based on the elevation change you can expect in your leg.
